I want you to feel good about your purchase. Here's how refunds work.The Guide (PDF)If you've bought the guide and it's not what you expected, email me within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund you. The only thing I ask is honesty. If you've already used the guide extensively and now want your money back, that's not in the spirit of this policy, and I'll talk it through with you rather than refunding by default.Graduate Pathway Strategy Package and Application Materials Review• If you haven't yet submitted your materials through the intake form: full refund within 14 days. Just email me.
• If you've submitted your materials but the work hasn't started: full refund minus the $39 cost of the guide (which you've already received).
• If the strategy report or review has been delivered: refunds are case-by-case. If the work was genuinely off (I missed the point of your materials, the feedback wasn't useful), email me and I'll make it right. That might mean a partial refund, a second pass, or both, depending on what makes sense.

I'll respond within 3 business days.Why this policy is shaped this way:Strategy reports and reviews take real time and I cap my monthly slots so each one gets full attention. That's why I can't offer no-questions-asked refunds on completed work. The time has been spent.
